Wednesday Nov 28th 2018 - 4:45-5:30pm - The CP Holiday Train Comes to Milton - Featuring Sam Roberts and JoJo Mason playing live music - The CP Holiday Train is back for its 20th year in an effort to rise money, food, and awareness for local food banks and food shelves. Don't forget your dontations! Meet in the West Parking Lot of Kelso Conservation/Glen Eden Ski Area
Friday Nov 30th - Dec 2nd 2018 - 6:30-8:30pm - On The Way To Bethlehem - Held at Country Heritage Park, Tremain Road, Milton - an outdoor Christmas Nativity Pageant. Arrive anytime from 6:30 until 8:30 pm, visitors will enter the large reception area in Gambrel Barn, where they will enjoy the music of the mass choir. When ready, groups will travel the road to Bethlehem with a “guide.” On their 30–45 minute outdoor journey, visitors will witness King Herod’s court, interact with Roman soldiers, shepherds, magi, innkeepers and fellow travelers to reveal the Christmas story. At the end of their journey, visitors will follow a lamplight walkway to the refreshment area, where their "passports" will be stamped, and they can enjoy a warm drink and a cookie. When ready, they will be given a wagon ride to the exit. This is primarily an outdoor experience so it is important to dress warmly and wear comfortable walking shoes or boots.
Sat Dec 1st - Dec 2nd 2018 - 11am-4pm - Terre Bleu Lavendar Farm Pop Up Shop - Shop at this wonderful local lavendar farm and check off almost everyone on your list! So many fantastic products to choose from! Our favourite is the essential oils, and of course Milton the lavendar stuffed bear. "Our exclusive, small batch products are handcrafted locally with 100% Terre Bleu lavender grown only on our farm. We plant, prune, and harvest our lavender by hand and distill our oil in a traditional copper still to ensure a truly unique and authentic product. In season give yourself the full sensory shopping experience when you visit our beautiful iconic farm store."
Sat Dec 1st + Sat Dec 8th 2018 - 12pm-7pm Each Day- A Holiday Street Market - Downtown Milton - Holiday Street Market is Ontario’s largest outdoor street market during the winter. Featuring over 250 vendors and attract over 150,000 shoppers. In 2018, there's a newly added a light tunnel, mulled wine garden and Santa’s workshop in Milton.
