Ryan enjoys keeping active in his spare time, whether is skiing, or racing at Milton BMX with his boys. Ryan is always on the go. Meet Heather
Consultant and Mentor
As the founding member of The Meehan Team, Heather lends over 25 years of Real Estate expertise to the team as a top producing agent and mentor. Heather ran a very successful team for 15 years before retiring in 2012. While her role has evolved into that of team advisor, real estate in Milton and the surrounding area is still one of Heather’s biggest passions. With more time now dedicated to gardening, travel and her large extended family, Heather loves her home in Campbellville and looks forward to many more years in the area.
Meet Alyson
Team Coordinator and Project Manager
Alyson brings a wealth of experience to the Haydar Team, have a firm understanding of Real Estate and customer service. Alyson will be assisting the sales team so that they can focus the attention on the sale and purchase of our client's homes. Alyson joins us in the position of Team Coordinator and Project Manager. She brings a tremendous amount of experience in areas such as customer service, project management, personal relations, and home design. With an early exposure to the real estate world through her mom, Heather Meehan (a highly regarded long time local Realtor, now retired), Alyson already has key knowledge of the in and outs of the real estate industry. Alyson also happens to be my wife and has been a huge supporter of my career over the last 16 years. She has worked in the Interior Design industry for 15 years, with a strong focus on Kitchen design over the past 10 years. She has experience working for a large cabinet manufacturer and managed some of the company's largest builder accounts. When Alyson isn't working she is busy raising our 3 children and enjoys staying active in the community. You will often run into Alyson, myself and our kids at local family events, local shops, restaurants, on the slopes of Glen Eden or out for a mountain bike ride on nearby trails. We both share a love for the outdoors and we enjoy living and working in Escarpment Country. Alyson has been a volunteer for the local Milton BMX race track for 5 years where she coordinates the concession food and drink sales to raise money for the non profit organization. Alyson is extremely excited about transitioning from the design world into the real estate world with The Haydar Team!
Meet Darren
Sales Representative
It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to our newest team member, Darren Haydar. Darren joins our team as a Sales Representative and brings with him a wealth of business knowledge and incredible excitement as he starts his Real Estate Career. Having been raised in Milton he is a perfect addition to our team of long time local Milton real estate experts! Darren has demonstrated he is a strong team player through his many years of professional hockey and will be a valuable asset to the Haydar Team with his business background and passion for volunteering.
Darren graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a degree in Bachelor of Science Business Administration and played for their UNH Wildcats Team. Although Darren’s hockey career kept him very busy he always found time and enjoyed participating in outreach programs within the community. Local food banks, hospital visits for children, and reading at local schools were among his favourite volunteer activities. Darrens joy for volunteering will continue locally as he transitions into his Real Estate career here in Milton. He is putting his many years of hockey experience to work for local children to coach and mentor them through his 2020 Elite Hockey program.
Darren is a wonderful addition to our growing team, he has a real knack for making people feel at ease, and always handles others with a very high regard for professionalism. This genuine quality will bring him much success when handling clients needs during their real estate transactions.
Meet Nancy
Sales Representative
Nancy has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Throughout her career, she has closed thousands of transactions and become one of Halton’s most trusted Law Clerks. Her deep-rooted knowledge of real estate law has allowed her to successfully handle all aspects of transaction work from commencement to closing.
With a passion for real estate, Nancy started Elite Legal Support Services in 1996, helping lawyers and their clients navigate the entire transaction process. For the last two decades, she has been successfully growing her business and building an extensive network of lawyers, legal professionals and mortgage brokers. In 2008, Nancy received her Law Clerk designation from The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
Nancy is a long-time Milton resident. She and her husband Giulio raised their four children in Milton and continue to reside there. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys horseback riding, Pilates and spending time with her family. She is an active member of several entrepreneurial groups and enjoys collaborating with other real estate professionals and female entrepreneurs around the Greater Toronto Area.
Meet Krista
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Krista's background as a Service Manager for one of the tri-cities largest HVAC companies for the past 6 years means she brings a wealth of experience in handling clients' needs and concerns with the utmost professionalism & care. Krista is passionate about all things real estate, she looks forward to helping her clients discover the potential of a property, and helping them realize their homeownership goals whether it's their first home, dream home, or investment property!
Krista currently lives in Bellwood On. with her husband and 2 sons Colton and Kayne. She looks forward to serving our growing client base in the Guelph, Wellington, and Waterloo communities. She has been living in the Centre Wellington community most of her life and comes from a family enriched in farming life!
Meet Wesley

Wesley is a Milton native, born in Milton and raised in the Moffat rural area for most of his life, giving him extensive knowledge of the area. He brings a lot of experience in sales with him. When he's not working Wes enjoys the outdoors Golf, hiking, snowboarding, camping, rock climbing, & mountain biking. The driving force of Wes's career is his client’s happiness and success. His goal is to educate his clients on what to anticipate and ensure they have a comprehensive understanding so that there are no unexpected surprises along the way.
Meet Jeremy
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Jeremy is a true Milton original! Born at Milton District hospital, he has called Milton home for over 40 yrs. After 20+ yrs of National Sales Management experience, Jeremy is excited to start his new career in Real Estate. He is actively involved in the Milton community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Milton District Hospital Foundation, the Milton Winterhawks & Halton Hurricanes hockey clubs and the Cheer Sport Sharks. In addition, he is a proud supporter of the Niagara Dog Rescue and The Oakville-Milton Humane Society. His spare time is spent raising his three kids, Evan, Jake, and Sara & playing golf as a member of Greystone Golf Club. With his extensive experience and knowledge of the Milton area & previous sales experience, he looks forward to creating relationships with his clients grounded in trust and confidence, making each real estate transaction as stress-free as possible for them.
